WARRANTY
(1) Shipping and handling charges for all goods ordered through this Site for shipping anywhere in the continental United States are a minimum of $4.95 plus $0.50 per unit.
For example, if you order 10 rolls of wallpaper, the shipping and handling charges are calculated as $4.95 plus $5.00 (10 rolls of wallpaper at $0.50 per roll) for a total of $9.95.
(2) If you would like to purchase any goods for shipment outside of the continental United States, please call (800) 851-9951 or email berlinwallpaper@aol.com.
(3) We guarantee that all in-stock items will be shipped by our fulfillment house within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Credit card orders are not charged until they are shipped.
(4) It is possible that very popular items may become temporarily unavailable from time to time. In this case, we will cancel your order placed through this Site and will contact you to determine whether you would like to back-order the items and have them shipped to you as soon as they become available or select different items that are available to be shipped right away.

The price shown in the Site for a roll of wallpaper is the price for a single roll of wallpaper. In addition, the wallpaper calculator available on the Site calculates the number of rolls needed for a particular room based on the amount of wallpaper contained in a single roll. The calculation of the number of rolls of wallpaper needed for a particular room is an estimate only and the actual amount of wallpaper needed may be more or less than indicated by the calculator.
Important Note: Rolls of wallpaper are generally sold as double rolls – in other words, the equivalent of two single rolls of wallpaper is contained in each double roll of wallpaper. Therefore, when you purchase wallpaper, you generally may only purchase wallpaper in two-roll increments. For example, if you need four single rolls of wallpaper for a particular room, you will purchase four single rolls of wallpaper, but you will receive two double rolls of wallpaper.

In
accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge
sales tax in states where we have operations. Sales tax is
applied to the total amount of the order. The tax rate applied to
your order will generally be the combined state and local rate
for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the
sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an
order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for
the very same items shipped to your work address. We obtain sales
tax rates from a leading tax rate service provider.
For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales
tax amount when orders are placed. Note that many factors can
change between the time you place an order and the time your
order is shipped, which could affect the calculation of sales
taxes. Therefore, the amount appearing on your order as estimated
tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged when your
order ships. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice
and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination
at the time your order is shipped.

(2) Unopened rolls of wallpaper and spools of border, window treatments, shower curtains, chair pads, murals, posters and sundries may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the goods. The purchaser is responsible for the freight charges to return the goods. Call (800) 851-9951 or email berlinwallpaper@aol.com to arrange for the return of goods. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the goods paid less a 25 % handling charge. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card.
(3) If the goods are defective or were shipped to the purchaser in error, then such goods may be returned within 60 days of delivery of the goods. Call (800) 851-9951 or email berlinwallpaper@aol.com to arrange for the return of goods. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the goods plus the cost of freight to return the goods. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card.
(4) Fabrics are not returnable for credit unless the goods are defective or were shipped to the purchaser in error. If the goods are defective or were shipped to the purchaser in error, then such goods may be returned within 60 days of delivery of the goods. In addition, color may vary between product lot numbers. Therefore, in order to be sure that the product you order is suitable for the purpose for which you intend it, we suggest that you order samples of the product or visit one of our stores to view a sample of the product.

If you are using coordinated patterns or a combination of wallpaper rolls and borders, then we suggest that you do not begin to hang any product until you receive all of the product you have ordered and have determined that it is acceptable.

The manufacturer warrants that all goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed under normal use for which they were intended or as otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s warranty included with the product. Carefully read all manufacturer’s instructions and warranties before hanging any product. Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions may negate the manufacturer’s warranty.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE MANUFACTURER AND RETAILER HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER SURFACE PREPARATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT APPLICATION OR IMPROPER PRODUCT OR COLOR SELECTION.
